The strings, in many cases, should not be translated to the original input string. (i.e., "QX" and "qx" should be Traditional Chinese characters, although "QY" and "qy" should remain, for users who wish to type ASCII characters, such for as for typing in English.) I'm not sure what characters are used for punctuation in Traditional Chinese, but assuming they are not (_completely_) the same as in English, then those strings should be translated, as well. -bill!
