Actually, it sounds like two fiber cables were cut, near each other and
within two hours of each other...  One was AT&Ts, the other Sprint's.
Police are considering the locations crime scenes, as it appears to be
sabotage.

In the meantime, UL seems to be rerouting things, so Cernio's services
are more-or-less working.  tuxpaint.org is at least coming up for me, now. :)
