Which version is on Lenny?  (You can just run "tuxpaint -v" to find out.)

In any case, by default, Tux Paint uses the command-line 'lpr' program
on Linux, so you might need to install a compatibility package to get
that with CUPS.

(I use KDE and have a networked printer, so things 'just worked' for
me after setting up the printer in KDE's GUI config.)

If there's another program you would use to send PostScript output
to your printer, you can set it in Tux Paint's config file.
(Global file is: /etc/tuxpaint/tuxpaint.conf
User-specific file is: ~/.tuxpaintrc )

You can also use the tuxpaint-config GUI configuration tool if you've
installed it.
