I've seen it with quit a lot of the ports I made and released on BeBits
(I've informed the developers of the port where possible and some are
even hosted on their site). Even when contacting the guy who did it he
said I hadn't anything to say about it as all the stuff is released as
GPL. Although he has a point I found it te be bad manners to not inform
before you do things like that.
So for what it's worth ... I'm all against it. ;)
