[Tuxpaint-devel] Handwriting-to-text magic tool [GSOC]

So the code is pretty rough, the methods in which things work need to be
improved (no temp file, no popen() a binary... roll everything into the
magic tool and do things in RAM), _but_... I've finally gotten
Namrata's magic tool to work on my system.

(Of course, no Namrata is having trouble building a fresh version of
lipitk, which the tool depends on.  Sigh!)
