Well, I think it's unfriendly (and dangerous) to instruct people to
bring up the Windows task manager, since they can (1) lose their work in
Tux Paint if they don't realize that they need to click "End Task", then
click the Tux Paint task to bring it back up, so they can click "Yes"
to Tux Paint's "Quit, are you sure?" prompt, and (2) they can murder all
sorts of other processes.

What's a safe combination on Windows?  Ctrl+Alt+Esc?
