DONE - but the Load System Fonts option is already unchecked by default, 
both for current and all users

My attempt to pass beta-testing to my son has failed! He spent the whole 
day with his best friend!
So I've just tried a new TuxPaint session... incredibly well working!
This time I chose the windowed version, I think that the slowness at 
startup is probably due to the amount of stamps... or to the fact that I 
"use" (mainly "watch it used")  TuxPaint on my desktop which is 
definitely faster than the laptop. Don't know why yesterday it didn't 
work well... maybe hot weather?!?
