I thought we discussed this with Gia before and got more out of him than
this, which is not a valid DFSG-free license.  Anything that isn't
stated is implicitly prohibited.  So modification would be prohibited
under these terms:

COPYING.txt for "tuxpaint-ttf-georgian" Georgian
TrueType Font (TTF) for Tux Paint

Copyright 2005 Gia Shervashidze (gi...@te...)
"all my fonts are (and will be) redistributable."


I am pretty sure from talking to Gia that this is not what he intended,
but we need something on record from him to include in COPYING.txt that
makes this clear.
