[Tuxpaint-devel] Idea: Tabs for magic tools

 Andrew Corcoran writes new image filters (magic tools) whose affect whole screen just like some of currently tools do (flip, rotate etc). Wouldn't it be good idea to divide the filters into two sections: affecting whole screen and brush-like? Mention that after this SoC TuxPaint will have much more magic tools :]]
