[Tuxpaint-users] Tux Paint does not respond on Windows XP

Hello,

I use Tux Paint without any hassles on Ubuntu. I asked a friend to try
it out on her Windows XP machine. She installed it, but when the
application is started it simply stops responding.

What could be the problem? Assume that the system configs are wel
above the desired minimum.
