This is normal, though annoying. The python scripts remake all of the TXT
files. So when you go to commit to CVS, they look altered, but are, in fact,
identical. I merely do a "cvs update -dPC" afterwards to make CVS happy
again. (And a "find . -name ".#*" -exec rm {} \;" to clean up the mess.)

I wonder if perhaps it kills translations (msgstr) which are identical to
the original text (msgid). I'll try to read the python script and
understand it.

In these cases, the current "sv.po" shows those strings as being
'fuzzy'. Did the original string change recently? (I don't see that
it did in tuxpaint-stamps.pot after skimmin CVS web a little.)
