Is "libpaper" available for your system?

If not, it MAY be possible to use the RPMs that Shin-Ichi put together
for Fedora Linux.  (Oh, although you'd need a '-devel' package for the
headers, wouldn't you.)

Cc'ing tuxpaint-devel to see if anyone there has ideas.
