[Tuxpaint-users] Tux Paint 0.9.19 in process of being released

Tux Paint 0.9.19, Tux Paint Config 0.0.10 and Tux Paint Stamps 2008.03.01
have been released as source, and BeOS (Intel) and Mac OS X (Intel/PPC)
binaries are also available.

Once Windows binaries are available, I'll being announcing more widely, and
will make the 0.9.19 press release live on the website.

Thanks everyone for their hard work!  We had a lot of hiccups right after
0.9.18 back in November, but between everyone in the project, and a lot of
helpful end-users, we were able to clean things up quite a bit.

Here's to a (much more) successful minor release: 0.9.19!
