Hi, the attached patch adds support for the armv7hl architecture, which is a primary architecture on Fedora. It is created for the 1.3.0 source tree.
Feel free to commit it to your repository.

Good question. I don't have an answer that you will like.
Since Fedora builds everything from source, swt package is built together with Eclipse. See: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=709256
During the builds all external downloads are disabled, so that no foreign objects get into the mix except the source code.
I don't know of a central repository where you can get the compiled library for armv7hl. You can certainly download the RPM and extract the files, but I know, this is suboptimal.
