#75 missing elements in MusicXML export

When exporting to MusicXML format, the technical element contains only fret and string. Some other elements like hammer-on, puck or pull-off are missing.

Some elements? Compared with GP7 export, it might as well not exist. It's definitely a start, but someone is really going to have to step up and do a lot of work. I would not expect Julian to be focusing on this.
