I also have the same problem, its says that I need to contact the developer to get an update with this compiler. I already downloaded it on my macbook air when I have a high sierra macOS, but when i updated my OS into big sur, this problem occur and I cant use this turbo c++ compiler. I hope that this issue will be fixed soon:( Thank you very much.

i have mac book air with m1 chip. i'm having trouble installing this app it said the app is need to be updated and to contact the developer. i tried contacting the apple softwares experts they said i have to contact to you. i would be very thankful for you if you could look into this issue as soon as possible.
