I also have the same problem, its says that I need to contact the developer to get an update with this compiler. I already downloaded it on my macbook air when I have a high sierra macOS, but when i updated my OS into big sur, this problem occur and I cant use this turbo c++ compiler. I hope that this issue will be fixed soon:( Thank you very much.
