[Tsheetx-developers] PHP Version

Hi All,

I noticed something on the PHP homepage today that I thought I should 
share with you as it is related to choosing which versions of PHP our 
application should support.

PHP Guidelines as of 12-Mar-2011 are:
"All PHP users should note that the PHP 5.2 series is NOT supported 
anymore. All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to PHP 5.3.6."

Therefore I feel if PHP aren't supporting 5.2.x then we have no reason 
to either.  From this point forward I propose we target 5.3.x
