Thanks Scott,
That is how I guessed it would work. So there maybe there is a bug in 
the language code, or some path error, or maybe a location specification 
error on my system. Most or all of the strings are currently defined in 
the en-GB.ini file, but none appear in any form in the web pages. I'll 
take a look and see if I can figure out what is not working.
