[Tsheetx-developers] Re-using tasks for different projects

There is nothing I know about deep in the code that is keeping us from being
able to "reuse" tasks in different projects.  Personally, I hate having to
create many of the same tasks for every project; so  I'm planning to create
a new table that would indicate which tasks were "members" of which projects
that would allow this to be done.
