Excellent to hear you're actively working on the 2.0 demo branch, and thanks
for the answer about htmlspecialchars.

Honestly, the localise.php file is currently simply copied from Joomla, and
I'm nearly certain that it isn't yet being used, but it is still early in
our move to using the internationalization for me to say we won't use it.
>From memory, there are some routines to help "pluralize" things, and outside
that, I'm not sure what other potential it has.
