The changes that i am currently implementing in the branch actually change very little of the core code to the timesheet application so the updates could be done in parallel. Although the changes may seem quite vast most of the changes are pretty minimalistic. i.e. changing get_duration() to Common::getDuration() I think I'll leave you in charge of the database manipulations and i'll leave the entire db as is. His priorities were the database abstraction and good use of MVC.
