Revision 123:

I've added the fix in which projects added under the default client weren't
picked up correctly when using the daily forms.

I also added the working excel export functionality to the project and user
reports, and fixed the export on the user summary report to use decimal
number of hours for the excel spreadsheet so calculations could be done more
easily on the resulting spreadsheets.
