We have clients with many projects. When using the simple timesheet, the lists get quite long when we have to scroll down through them to select the one we are working on. I have thought of two ways to help with this:
Is there any way with a quick code adjustment to have it sort the lists in reverse order so the newer projects list first since they are numbered by date?
Or, I know the new version was just posted, but an option for project archival would be handy so projects that are completed and closed out no longer show up on the project lists. Just add "Archived" as one of the project status options and have the code filter them out. I don't program but have considered hiring a programmer to help make some of these mods…

Yes. Using the simple time sheet. However, when you mark the project complete they still show up on the lists when you are entering time into the time sheet. They don't get filtered out.

There is a development version in subversion that is a major rewrite and addresses various bugs that are in the current release. Unfortunately there isn't much work ongoing on at the moment due to other commitments i.e. work that the team has.

Can't you just set the projects to state "complete"?
Don't they then get filtered out?
Are you using the simple timesheet?

This is fixed in the 2.0-demo branch
What is the 2.0-demo branch?
