I'm at home again now for a few days. So I had time to check your configure.ac
and Makefile.am. I tweaked them a bit, restructured the directory layout
of tsemgr and changed some bits of the tsemgr sourcecode to work with
the auto* generated config.h file.
And what sould I say? It just works great!!

PS: The Auto*'d version of tsemgr is in CVS now (may take some days until
it's on anonymous CVS though). A new release of GNU Auto*'d tsemgr will
follow soon.
