Because if you go abroad then you have to add = this +36 to the phone numbers to be able to dial. If I leave the '+' sign then it can't dial anything (if the country code = is given eg. 36301234567) So here we have a phone format like this: 06-area code - phone number (06 means you dial a phone number in another area code than yours) So I can dial a phone number in my area (30) using the followings: 1234567 (just the phone number) 06 30 1234567 (06 some code, 30 -> area code, rest phone number) or +36 30 1234567 (+36 country code, 30 area code, rest phone number) So I have to store phone numbers with +36 if I want to dial any phone numbers from abroad. > > 2.
