I've released trn 4.0-test74.  This announcement is going out via
the new trn-announce mailing list hosted by sourceforge.net.

Test74 is mainly a bug-fix release with a few minor tweaks.

Changes:

 + Fixed a crash bug in the add-group speedup patch that I missed.

 + Fixed the handling of '&' (option) commands in kill-files when they
   aren't at the start of the line (e.g. when they're an e'X'it cmd).

 + Improved the handling of the environment.SH file, including how it
   gets extracted with the object-dir is different from the source-dir.

 + Got rid of the $Id: ...$ strings in the man page files.

 + Rebuilt the dependencies file.
