Peter (ID: 2980544) wrote a very functional extension to the ttrace program, that enabled fastq output immediately.
However it did not function completely therefore hereby a modified patch

So where is the modified patch? I only see a ZIP frm from Peter posted at https://sourceforge.net/p/tracetuner/feature-requests/1/
