[Torcs-users] Building and starting a robot with VS 2018

Hi everyone!
I’m currently using Windows 10 + Visual Studio Community 2018 and i really wanted to develop a robot for TORCS. I’m having some issues doing so currently. 
Is there a guide or something that i can follow that explains the compilation and the setup of a project of TORCS using VS 2018? Or any other IDE, really.
Would really enjoy some help, thank you very much!
