[Torcs-announce] 1.3.2-test2 source package available

I wish you all and your families a happy new year.

The torcs-1.3.2-test2 source package is available on sf.net. If you find 
problems please let me know. Later this week a Windows installer for 
1.3.2-test2 will follow, then I will do some documentation updates, 
after that I will roll out 1.3.2.
