If the checkbox at the confirmation dialog (Continue/Restart/Terminate/etc..) is checked "Dont ask again" (or something) I would like to reset this in the settings.
I accidently checked it with Continue and now I have no clue if it reloads or not.

I think I understand your question but I am afraid I cannot be of too much help. The mentioned dialogue pops up when Eclipse's hot code replacing fails in a debug session. If you click "continue" usually nothing happens and the current code is not replaced.
The only things I know to configure are in Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Debug in a field set "Hot Code Replacement".
