#16 Debug View shows "Tomcat 7.x" for Tomcat 8.x and 9.x

To reproduce this issue, follow these steps:

1. Go to Window > Preferences > Tomcat.
2. Select "Version 8.x" and click OK.
3. With Eclipse's "Debug" View open, click the "Start Tomcat" button in the menu bar.
4. In the Debug View, note that the top line of the newly-created entry says "Tomcat 7.x [Java Application]" instead of "Tomcat 8.x [Java Application]". (See the attached screenshot.)

This also happens when selecting "Version 9.x" in the Tomcat preferences.
