A misalignment occurs betwen line numbers and the lines themselves. This seems to have nothing to do with the font attributes of inline differences (type and size of fonts are all the same). It can occur in the left or right panes. This has been present as far back as version 3.09 (the first one I started using). Does not seem to occur when left & right panes are identical; only when differences are scrolled or the "Next Diff" button is clicked. Can also occur when the tool bar button "First Diff" is clicked and the first difference must be scrolled into view. Scrolling up or down a few lines always fixes the misalignment.
The problem does not always occur in the same place. I can be scrolling one line at a time and, BAM, it goes out of sync. I then scroll up a few lines and, BAM, it is fixed. I then continue scrolling down one line at a time and it can go right past the place it screwed up on, working just fine; only to screw up again a few lines later.
Typically I am comparing .cpp text files.
This is an annoying problem. I am tempted to switch to another differencing tool.

Actually it is related to the fonts (and the fact that your TK version is at least 8.5). And it is annoying; that's why I fixed it in V4.3.
