With cvs version 1.12 the date format has been changed so that the time zone is displayed as an offset from GMT (e.g. +0100) instead of the time zone name (e.g. CET). the clock scan tcl command does not recognise this revised format and consequently tkcvs fails.
Does anyone have a fix for this???
