DragonFly2013 - 2013-12-16

I don't know what happened but it was working until this morning where when I view it on my computer (running on my machine using xampp) shows the correct times but when they tried to view it on their computers, it shows an hour behind. I tried to view it using 192.168.1.61/timeclock (my ip address) and it shows an hour behind on my computer too. But yet it showed correctly when I typed in localhost/timeclock? I am so confused and I need help!!!!!
