Summary: Win98se and USB cable

Dear Sirs,
Even after downloading the latest driver for the USB direct cable(under Win98se) I could not get the USB to work with either Tilp2 or with the latest TiEmu3.
I've looked at the Tiglusb.dll and found that the same driver is supplied in the different *.zip versions.
They all list under "Special Build Desription" Windows XP. I could well be wrong but have a look maybe that's
the reason why the USB cable's just don't work.

properly detected and installed?
