Note that GTK+ v2 is more Win32-friendly than GTK+ 1.2 was. It will be
far easier to build TiLP on Windows than it used to be.
But for now, please, let's get rid of the win32 support code, do the
GTK 2 port and then add it back...

I'm going to update the Mac OS X port to version 6.00, then I'll
resync with Romain when he'll be done with the GTK 2 port, and, at
this point, I think we'll merge the trees and do a joint 7.00 release.
