Initial Comment:
TILp2 (version 1.04)keeps on crashing whenever I try to move a variable from TI89 to PC or when I try to do a backup.

AppName: tilp.exe	 AppVer: 1.0.4.0	 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180	 Offset: 00011e58

Tilp2 version 013 has no problems!

I run Windows xp pro and TI89Titanium with direct USB cable (driver is installed)

Can you try and use TiLP2 v1.07b from SourceForge archives? Driver has
been changed, it may solve your problem...
