Initial Comment:
Version TiLP II 1.07
Operating System: Vista Business 32-bit, 2000 Professional.
Cable: Parallel (base address 0xCCD8).

On both operating systems a black console window appears during the installation claiming to install the driver; however running TiLP results in "DhaHelper driver and/or library not found".

I have tried running the installer and TiLP with admin rights on both operating systems, same result. I've tried the various compatibility modes on both installer and program under Vista; same result.

The v1.07 provided by ticalc.org has a bug which has been fixed. Please
download v1.07b from SF archives.
I will upload it on ticalc.org ASAP.
