Gentlemen,

I think we are in agreement but maybe I'm not explaining myself well 
enough.  If I look at the libticables3 package in Ubuntu, the tarball is 
libticables3_3.9.6.orig.tar.gz  which extracts to libticables3-3.9.6.

The current libticonv tarball on the website is libticonv-1.0.1.tar.gz 
which extracts to libticonv-1.0.1.  In order to be consistent, I think I 
need it to be libticonv2_1.0.1.orig.tar.gz which extracts to 
libticonv2-1.0.1.  Even Benjamin notes "libticonv2" in his e-mail.

Am I wrong?
