You can pull it with Subversion [1] from
<http://svn.technologeek.org/repos/tiemu/tiemu/trunk>

Use
 svn co http://svn.technologeek.org/repos/tiemu/tiemu/trunk tiemu

and you'll get a tiemu directory with the latest sources in it. I can
see Romain committed some modifications 18 hours ago, which means he's
still working on it :-)

You can navigate in the repository via 
<http://svn.technologeek.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/tiemu/trunk/?root=tiemu>

(for TiLP, you obviously replace tiemu by tilp in the above URLs)
