No, it isn't. GTK+ 2.4 stuffs are highlighted by a 'Since 2.4'.

In fact, GtkToolbarChild has been removed because this structure is opaqu=
e
and should not be used by developers. TiLP uses it in an ugly fashion.

Now, elements are accesible with gtk_toolbar_get_nth_item () which return=
s
an GtkToolItem.

It should be a couple of minutes to fix this.
