Actually the source is available. I haven't packaged it up that professionally yet (no licenses or copyright is stated...) But I believe I will officially release it under GPL. Anywayz, it's a python app, so all the source is there. I wrote a Python module that wraps libticalcs for it. You might find that interesting.
