[TiLP-devel] Some news about TiLP & survey/poll

Hi to all my users & developers !


TiLP (and all others TI related software) development has been stopped for =
6 months now=20
due to various reasons... But, I'm gonna to take over TiLP development soon=
...

Given that I'm not a student any more, I will have less time... Thus, I wil=
l focus me
on things are important and I will delegate some work (if possible).
Delegation may include: graphism, web site, documentation, translators, dev=
elopers,
packaging.

This is the reason why I'm writing this mail; it's a kind of survey/poll.


At first, I will stop every Win32 support. I will keep in mind Win32 extens=
ions or
gateways for others developpers but there will not be new code.
For now, it's Linux/U*IX only ! Win32 porters/developers are welcome...


Next, a simple poll:

1=B0) Which is your primary OS ? secondary ? ...
2=B0) Which calculator do you own ?
3=B0) Which link cable do you have ?
4=B0) Which is your desktop (Gnome, KDE, ...) ?
5=B0) Will you be interested in a better integration with the desktop ?
6=B0) Will you be interested in TiLP development, support, help, testing, .=
.. ?
If yes, please tell me which field. Please not that you must have a good av=
ailability.
7=B0) What software would you like to get (emulator, editors, ...) ?


At last, I would like to know some of your prefs, what you would like
to do or see... All suggestions are welcome !
