Ah, then look at <ftp://rlievin.dyndns.org/tilp_project/tilp/po/tilp.pot>, it's dated Apr 1 :) (l/p: devel/devel -- this is public) The CVS on SourceForge holds only the code relevant to the Mac OS X port, and will soon be removed I think.
