You're fread()'ing structs in the .ico file. The problem is that
memory alignment is not guaranteed to be the same depending on the
compiler and the architecture.

It works on i386, but it doesn't work on PowerPC.

That's one problem, the other being endianness.

Remember, that's why I redesigned the skin format a while ago.
