Do not touch the CVS without asking me first, there's a tilp module that in fact resolves to tilp-osx. I need to remove that before. Importing the code for the libs into the CVS will require updating the OSX support for them, otherwise we'll have some license issue. Regarding the read_ico() functions, it is completely unportable.
