#20 Upgrade GTK+ runtime...

The gladewin32 GTK+ runtime, at version 2.12.9, is outdated.
We should switch to something along the lines of http://gtk-win.sourceforge.net/ (which seems to be the runtime bundled in The GIMP installers). This runtime does not contain libglade2 (and libxml2), on which the current code depends. Binaries can be found at http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/libglade/2.6/ and ftp://ftp.zlatkovic.com/libxml/ , but bundling such DLLs alongside the application is no good...
