I would like cbl2 support in Tilp so data could be send eand collected using linux

The cbl2 is not a calculator but Ti´s datalogger that can be connectet to a calculator.
Using the silverlink It is also possible to connect it to the computer using the CMA-coach software under windows.

I know what a CBL2 is - http://education.ti.com/educationportal/sites/US/productDetail/us_cbl_2.html ;)
But as I wrote, I don't have such a device. I can't do alone any significant work on communication with a CBL.
