    Hi,
I recently installed TiLP2, and I can't transfer applications (downloaded ). I get this error:

    > NACK received.
    > Cause: the command has been refused.

It seems that I can't do anything with flash memory:
In the bottom of the windows, in the box "Memory:", I have:

    > FLASH used: 16016 bytes free: NC

And when I try to delete an application, it says that I need at least OS 2.00 (if it's the OS of the calculator, I have the 1.19, and it's the last version).

Everything seems to work except that (I can see what's in my calculator, I can transfer TI-Basic programs…).

    Thanks.

    - **Platform:** Windows XP
    - **Calculator:** Ti-83+
    - **Cable:** SilverLink, Port #1
    - **Version:** TiLP2 1.07 (I tried to install the last version, but I had a problem with libticables.dll).

Could you retry transferring applications with TILP II 1.14 (which you can download from ticalc.org) ? The libticables DLL issue that pleagued 1.13 has been fixed, and 1.14 contains some important fixes for the 83+ family.
The improper version checking that prevents you from remotely deleting an application was removed… after 1.14.

    Thanks,
    Lionel.
